Presented insights and design recommendations to a major streaming service by testing the live onboarding journey with 15 participants across 4 devices, focusing on informing product development and improving customers experience.

Facilitated a stakeholder workshop with a leading mental health charity to explore their assumptions of their digital audience and identify and prioritise requirements for their new digital strategy.
Evaluated the effectiveness of Isle of Paradise’s fixture and self-tanners BEHAVIOUR
UX Researcher
Delivered an in-store contextual inquiry to investigate self-tanners' behaviours and preferences, and evaluate the effectiveness and inclusiveness of self-tanning brand Isle of Paradise’s shop fixture. The findings and design recommendations shaped future iterations of the brand’s fixtures and products, helping them prepare for their busiest season—winter.

GATHERED INSIGHTS INTO Peoples use of a smart tv and end of viewing experience
Supported the analysis and delivery of a diary study with 15 participants over 12 days and 500+ uploads. Presented insights into users’ behaviour and understanding of key functions and end-of-viewing experiences on the OS of our client’s TV.
evaluated comprehension and preference of users new to saving and investing
Conducted usability and preference testing on the saving and investment section of a banking app focusing on evaluating effectiveness and comprehension in users new to saving and investing, empowering individuals to make informed financial decisions.
Identified subtitling needs and pain points through inclusive testing
Supported a usability study that recruited people who were neurodiverse or partially hearing to discover why they used subtitles and what their pain points were when enabling and customising subtitles on a prototype developed in accordance with new UK regulations.
Modelled users in order to explore future engagement opportunities
Supported in the conducting and analysis of depth interviews to model and design personas in Figma to help a charity understand people who have used their free will service and discover opportunities to better the experience and encourage further engagement.
