Informed product development of a streaming service’s platform
Concept and Usability Testing
Lead consultant on a concept and usability study for a major online TV streaming platform to inform future product development. Delivered prioritised findings and recommendations by testing in lab live journeys across 4 devices with 15 participants.
Gathered requirements to inform a charities new digital strategy
Stakeholder Workshop
Co-led a stakeholder workshop with a leading mental health charity to explore their assumptions of their digital audience to identify and prioritise requirements for their new digital strategy. Conducted as part of an ongoing relationship to inform and implement the charity’s 23/24 digital strategy.
Evaluated the effectiveness of Isle of Paradise’s in-store fixture
Contextual Inquiry
Co-led in-store research to investigate self-tanners' behaviours and preferences, and to evaluate the effectiveness and inclusiveness of self-tanning brand Isle of Paradise’s shop fixture. Presented prioritised findings and design recommendations to inform future iterations of the brand’s fixture and product across the UK.
Designed a physical and mental well-being web application
Survey, User Modelling and Testing & UI Design
Designed a web application while studying UX/UI for health-conscious individuals to improve their physical and mental well-being through dance and meditation and journal their progress and goals to stay balanced.
Designed a responsive real estate web application
UI Design & Design System
Enrolled in Career Foundry’s UI specialisation programme and designed a responsive real estate web application for new, small-scale property and land investors who are looking for additional income to gain financial security.

Gathered insights into how people use our client’s TV operating system
Diary study
Supported the planning of a diary study and delivered insights into users’ behaviour and understanding of key features on the OS of our client’s TV and end-of-viewing experiences. We analysed 15 participants over 12 days and over 550 uploads.
Modelled users in order to explore future engagement opportunities
User Modelling
Supported in the conducting and analysis of depth interviews to model and design personas in Figma to help a charity understand people who have used their free will service and discover opportunities to better the experience and encourage further engagement.
Identified subtitling needs and pain points through inclusive testing
Usability Testing
Supported a usability study that recruited people who were neurodiverse or partially hearing to discover why they used subtitles and what their pain points were when triggering and customising subtitles on a prototype developed in accordance with new UK regulations.
